Emerson Moore

Emerson is the founder of Ampfield Management and serves as its portfolio manager.  Previously, Emerson worked at Apax Partners, a global private equity firm, where he focused on the business services sector.  Emerson began his career in investment banking at Citi.

Emerson is a graduate of Princeton University.

Jens Joller

Jens is Ampfield Management's Head of Research.  Previously, Jens worked in the private equity group of MSD Partners, a multi-strategy investment firm affiliated with Michael Dell's family office, where he served on the Board of Directors of Hayward, Ring Container Technologies and Endries.  Prior to MSD, Jens worked at Apax Partners, where he focused on the business services sector and served on the Board of Directors of AssuredPartners and GardaWorld.  He was also involved in Apax' investments in Azelis, Genex and Bankrate.  Jens began his career as a strategy consultant with the Boston Consulting Group.
 

Jens received an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.A. from the University of St. Gallen.   

Ryan Saba

Ryan is Ampfield Management's Director of Finance. Prior to joining the firm, Ryan worked on the accounting and operations team at Cinctive Capital, an investment management firm. He previously worked at Blackstone, where he was an associate on the BAAM Direct Trading finance team. Ryan began his career with Ernst & Young’s Wealth & Asset Management practice as an auditor.
 

Ryan received a Master’s degree in Accounting and a B.S. in Accounting from the Pennsylvania State University. He is a CFA charterholder and is a licensed CPA in the state of New York. 

Aisling Murphy

Aisling is Ampfield Management’s Administrative Assistant. Prior to joining the firm, Aisling was the Senior Director of Logistics at Screen International Security Services, an executive protection agency. She began her career in public relations working with various luxury brand clients.  

Aisling received her B.A. from SUNY Plattsburgh. 

Benjamin Korkowski

Ben is an investment analyst at Ampfield Management. Ben interned twice at Ampfield, during his sophomore and junior years of college.

Ben graduated from Dartmouth College magna cum laude with a B.A. in Economics and Computer Science.
